Nutrilife Recalls Bottles of Hydrogen Peroxide due to Fire and Burn Hazards

The bottle caps do not vent properly causing pressure to build which can causing expansion of bottle and rupture.

Consumers should call the company for a refund or a free replacement bottle cap.
