Happy Halloween!
With Halloween right around the corner, we would like to remind everyone how to stay safe during this season!
Costumes:
keep away from long trailing fabrics
Make sure children can still see out of masks
Provide flashlights and glow-sticks for children
Decorations:
Keep exits clear of decorations for a quick escape if needed
Use battery-operated candles in Jack-O-Lanterns.
Teach children to STOP, DROP, Cover Your Face, and ROLL if their clothing catches on fire.
Also, be sure that your child can be seen from the road and knows how to walk safely in cross walks and crossing streets,
Even better, go trick-or-treating with your child to keep them safe. Finally, always be sure to check your child's candy before letting them eat it.
We hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween!
