Decking the Halls

When decorating for the upcoming Holidays, please keep the following tips in mind.

• Choose flame resistant or retardant decorations.

• Keep lit candles away from decorations or flammable objects. OR opt for flameless candles.

• When using lights,

• use lights for intended use: some are only indoor or outdoor specific

• replace lights with worn or broken cords, or loose bulb connections

• read instructions on how many lights to connect

• Use clips to hang lights, not nails, to avoid damaging the cords

• Avoid blocking doors and windows with decorations.
