ABOUT US

ABOUT US

The leaders of the Maryland State Firemen's Association and the Office of the State Fire Marshal founded the Maryland Life Safety Information Exchange out of a common desire to reduce the risk of preventable fires, injuries, and other accidents within the state of Maryland.

The purpose of the Maryland Life Safety Information Exchange is to provide citizens and emergency personnel of the state with current, life-saving information. The information, handouts, photos, and games are available for your use in educating and encouraging others to live safer.

The Maryland Life Safety Information Exchange is maintained by an intern selected by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and Maryland State Firemen's Asociation.   Applications for the intern position will be posted in the near future.

Do you have an idea for something that should be included on the site? Do you need more information on a specific topic? Feel free to contact Sarah at mdlifesafety@gmail.com.
