Goodman Manufacturing Recalls Modular Blowers Due to Fire Hazard

The CPSC announced a recall on Goodman Manufacturing Modular Blowers due to fire hazard. The labels on the serial plate have incorrect electrical information that could result in installers and servicers using undersized wiring or incorrect fuse/circuit break parts.

Consumers should immediately stop using recalled modular blowers and contact Goodman for an inspection and new product label with instructions. Goodman is also replacing any wiring or circuit breaker free of cost, if installed incorrectly.
